Gesno is a Walnerian fast-food restaurant franchise operating in Walneria and in a lesser extent in central Argis, that specializes in sausage-related food, most notably the Karibuŕt, Ketbuŕt and Hot dog.

Organization

The whole franchise is run by a centralized structure stationed in Tyrámen, which has a 33-members-large board of directors and is presided by a CEO. This board selects district overseers, who oversee supervisors and owners of the respective locations. Overseers usually take care of one of the regions of Walneria, or a country outside of Walneria. The only exceptions is the Gesno restaurant in the Dazhdin city Losųvka, which has been added to the competence of the Ustokan Settlement Area overseer because of the toll-free alignment due to a port lease.

Although some local sellers can offer local variations, the general menu remains the same, offering up to 20 different sausage types. Those types include (among others):
