The Grand Barony of Wittelsburg-Hampdorf is a semi-independent protectorate of Delamaria, located on the south-westernmost point of Delamaria. Despite it being semi-integrated with a democracy, Wittelsburg-Hampdorf is a hereditary barony, with the same family in power since 1808. The Barony was originally founded as a Dolchic trading post between Labradoria and Velaheria, but after funding was cut, and a series of pirate raids destroyed the port, the barony sought the protection of the newly formed Commonwealth of Delamaria, who saw its potential as a naval base. Since then the Grand Barony has remained semi integrated, with few devolved powers. The Grand Barony maintains a small local police force however much of the law enforcement in Wittelsburg-Hampdorf is dealt with by the Naval Police or Federal Police. There is one hospital in Hampdorf, however many residents travel to nearby clinics in the bordering state of New Beaumont.

The Grand Baron of Wittelsburg-Hampdorf is currently George Alexander Bohun-Odell, the current head of the House of Bohun-Odell, which formerly reigned over Labradoria. The House gained control over the Barony when the Baron Friedrich von Bertricht, a close friend and advisor to King William IV of Labradoria, and possible lover, was suddenly strucken with illness, childless he left the title of Baron to the King. When Labradoria united with Lysian Columbia in 1819, the Barony remained intact, and passed down through the Bohun-Odell family. The baron still holds some powers however a transition to local democracy is underway, today the Grand Baron is generally seen as a figurehead and works with many charities. Wittelsburg-Hampdorf is also the centre of the monarchist movement in Delamaria, which has recently seen an increase in membership.
