Virgil Chai Bonhomme (born 22 July 1948) is a former Fravi diplomat, politician, and botanist who served as the 7th First Secretary of the Assembled Nations from 1999 to 2005. A member of the Social Labour Party, Chai also served as the vice general secretary from 1991 to 1992 and as secretary of foreign affairs from 1991 to 1998 under Marie Boche and Pierre Blanchet. He also served in the People's Council of Fravina, both in the Wing of Legislation from 1991 to 1998 and in the Wing of Examination from 2011 to 2021.
