Philippa Fleur d'Or Buffet (born 24 May 1978) is a Fravi diplomat, actress, and singer-songwriter who is currently serving as the ambassador to Delamaria since 2019. She is best known for originating the role of Élisse Penne in the 2011 stage musical Un Nouveau Chemin.
