Philippa Fleur d'Or Buffet (born 24 May 1978) is a Fravi diplomat, actress, and singer-songwriter who is currently serving as the ambassador to Delamaria since 2019. She is best known for originating the roles of Colette Girardot in the 2011 stage musical Un Nouveau Chemin and Roxanne Louve in the 2015 stage musical Ballade de Roxanne.
