Philippa Fleur d'Or Buffet (born 24 May 1978) is a Fravi diplomat, actress, and singer-songwriter who is currently serving as the ambassador to Delamaria since 2016. She is best known for originating the role of Élisse Penne in the 2011 stage musical Première Aube.
