Legislative elections were held in Fravina on 4-5 December 2010, alongside examination elections, to elect the members of the 13th People's Council. At stake were all 574 seats in the Wing of Legislation. It resulted in a deadlocked Wing of Legislation, with neither the Worker's Coalition and the Liberal Coalition forming a majority. This is the first and only time this ever happened in Fravina, leading to the Wing of Examination taking up the duties of the Presidency for the 2011-2016 term.
